Rick lives in The Netherlands together with his partner Janneke, dog Teddy and cats Lady, Poekie en Binkie. They all enjoy plant-based food.
Lisette Kreischer is one of the kickstarters of the vegan movement in the Netherlands. She has been vegan since 2001, is co-founder of the famous Dutch Weed Burger, a herbalist, stylist and photographer and has written more than ten successful plant-based (cook)books, including The Plant Pharmacy, the successful and internationally acclaimed Ocean Greens, Man.Eat.Plant. and Family.Eat.Plant..
